ABOUT OUR STORE

A Passion For Mental Health


How To Be Well was first created in late 2019 by now 23 year old Lily Gresele. After experiencing clinical depression, social anxiety and anxiety herself she grew a passion for normalising the discussion of mental health in society. She took the leap to create an Instagram page dedicated to her sharing personal mental health experiences, in hope to inspire others to talk about their own journey and make them aware that they are not nor ever alone. After the growth of her page she has now decided to create this store to sell How To Be Well merchandise to continue to raise awareness. A 10% donation from each sale will also be donated to Lifeline Australia to assist them in continuing their lifesaving call service across Australia.  We invite you to browse through our site and contribute to breaking the mental health stigma.
