BREAKING THE MENTAL HEALTH STIGMA
How To Be Well is a mental health advocate site, where the discussion of mental well-being and the normalisation of mental health topics is promoted. We aim to break the stigma surrounding mental health, particularly in adolescents and young adults. Founded in 2019 by a young 18-year-old female battling her mental health issues, she aims to make others feel less alone in the world, and help them understand that feeling depressed, anxious, angry or lonely in life is a normal part of being human and there is a way out.
