WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you wish to return an item please email How To Be Well directly at howtobewell@outlook.com explaining the reason you would like to return your item. We will then contact you in regards to making your return.
You must file for an item return within 3 weeks of receiving your product, or your item will not be accepted.
All items you return must be in original condition unworn, unwashed and unused.
Once the returned item is received by us we will then process any refund or exchange.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

Payment options include:
Transfer through PayPal
Direct transfer through bank account
All purchases are processed in AUD and we currently only ship to Australia.
WHY LIFELINE?
I personally have worked very closely with Lifeline in advocating and supporting their work. I believe that the service lifeline provides is absolutely amazing. It allows people in crisis or that are struggling to talk to someone about their situation in a safe comforting way. All of the call workers at lifeline are volunteers and without your donations Lifeline would not be able to continue the work they do and save so many valuable lives from leaving us too early.
